Return or Exchange: Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to report any issues with the item. If you do report a problem, we will look into it carefully so as to determine whether the cancellation of the sale is justified or not. Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes any packaging or tags attached. All goods will be inspected on return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that tracks and insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We will issue a refund on receipt of the item, (delivery excluded). Please allow 14 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

I received the wrong item: If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange pick up of the item.
